This evening i go to get food for my 3 kids mind you i have one teenager that has allergies to dairy (anaphylaxis). I ordered 25 tacos and out of the 25 I asked for five with no cheese Since my son has allergies. Maria, who is the nighttime shift Manager takes my order and confirms my order about five times reiterating that I needed five without cheese, I confirm with Maria that five of them will be with no cheese. I get to the window I pay for my order and I asked Maria what bag has the tacos with no cheese she indicates in a rush , pushing the bags on me that the first bag she gave me are the tacos that have no cheese. I say thank you and I park right in front of the restaurant just to be sure that these tacos did not have cheese, My husband and I are going through both bags and all tacos have cheese mind you I only had 18 tacos in the bag so I was missing seven tacos. I get back in line frustrated because she reassured me that the first bag had tacos with no cheese. I get to the window and I explained the situation to Maria nicely. She then proceeds to tell me that the tacos did not have any cheese and that she counted the tacos and made sure there was 25. I then explained to her that I would not waste my time and another 45 minutes in line just to sit there and argue with her about the tacos having cheese. I explained to her that my son .has allergies and if he would’ve ate that he would’ve ended up in the hospital. She then proceeds to blame it on the new cook in the back and tells me that she has a new cook in the back and she made sure that there was no cheese. The way she was arguing with me was unacceptable and unprofessional. She made it seem like we were lying about the missing tacos and about the tacos having cheese at this point it’s 12:30 am & I decided to give her both of the bags back and get a Refund. Read moreMy fiance and I went to this del taco today and we were in the drive thru. I needed to use the restroom so I got out while he waited in line. The restrooms was on the outside and the doors says for paying customers only. So I went in to see if I could have access to their bathroom. The first lady I asked was really nice but it seemed like she needed permission. A black lady comes over and says "O you need to use the restroom" I replied yes. So she replies" Our bathroom is for paying customers only but I will let you use it". So I tried to explain to her that we were in the drive thru but she cut me off with "I said I will let you use it" her tone was so nasty and her customer service was horrible because I was indeed a customer. I was so upset. It was a good thing that my fiance was still waiting in the long line when I got back to the car because I refused to pay for food after that. All she needed to do was listen to me and realized that I was there to get food instead her attitude got the better of her and the result was a hungry customer using her restroom and not paying for food. Read moreOk where to start? I ordered 32 dollars of food and they try to change me 45 and some change. So we waited like 8 minutes in line 2 cars in front of us to ask why so much. We get to window and asked me to back my car up? I know this is because they are getting timed on there servicing of food. So now I was there 10 minutes so only looks like they did it in two. Anyway I asked her to read me my order with the price and she ignored it and said it's 45 with taxes. I asked her again with the brake down 18.99 family meal 3.00 for crunchy tostada and 3.99 each fry I asked for 3. She looks at order says nothing to us runs to back talks to cook comes back gives me receipt $32.00 she tried to change $13 more dollars for fries and no apology. Also my food had no red sauce an any of my burritos fries where cold still kind of frozen and asked for hot sauce and ketchup only gave us 4 packs of each asked for more and got 3 more pieces.
