Updated Current, This Place Isn't Reccomended To Be Avoided, But Is To Be Avoided, Current Projections Lead To Incredibly Long Wait Times Ranging Up To Two Hours For One Pizza.
Disorganized, I should know, I was an Assistant Manager there, to say the least this entire corporation is a joke. Prices may look cheap at first, put a couple add-on's, your better off going to another pizza chain, especially if you want a custom pizza or many small side items. Service is chaotic, many of the people who have worked here are very friendly and try thier best, but due to the sheer cutthroat labor projections, they are often left understaffed, great people, not so great conditions. Management is focused on maximizing productivity and efficiency rather than customer or employee satisfaction. Portions are very restricted and in some cases actually lower than what they are meant to be, all in efforts to maximize profits. This is all to say without the GM does make efforts to maintain consistency with the product, and overall can have amazing capabilities if given the recourses. But corporate is too focused on the wrong areas, if someone is interested in working here, I don't say walk, but run away, you're better off somewhere else.
If you would still like to visit this location, I would reccomend arriving around 2-3pm, a more calm time, the food is often prepared correctly during this time, and you will actually be happy with the speed of service. However arriving around a peak time will earn you nothing but regret, please do have sympathy for these workers, many of them don't deserve half of what is dished...

He got the email saying it was done so we headed over and the line was out the door. We walked up and didn't see his name so we waited a bit. It was an good 20 to 25 minutes us standing i heard a older lady behind the counter say some names will show and some won't. I told him and he walked in, started asking other customers what was going on. He got the attention of the older lady again and asked what is going on we've been waiting. She got all uppity and with an attitude yelled back at him that they are working on, she has 3 people yelling at her already her and don't need another and they're kids here. Im sorry but they don't know how to handle their work load. Or to handle something like this. She was helping the people in line to order then helping the people who already have paid. There was a gentleman waiting an hour for his pizza that he ordered online. People that were in line got their order faster. There's something wrong...
Read morei dont usually leave reviews but my experience at little caesars today was so incredible i had to and it was all thanks to one person yesenia from the moment i walked in she greeted me with a warm smile that could brighten anyones day you could tell right away that she genuinely cared about her work and the customers
she handled the rush with absolute grace moving with the speed of a seasoned chef and the professionalism of a top tier manager my order was not only fast it was perfect the crazy bread was actually crazy good and the pizza was fresh hot and sliced like art
what really blew me away was her attitude friendly respectful upbeat even while multitasking like a pro she even remembered a regular customers name and order which shows she pays attention and truly values the people who come in
honestly yesenia should be running the place if she isnt already in a world where customer service can sometimes fall short shes a rare gem the kind of employee every business dreams of
if i could give her 10 stars i would thank you yesenia for turning a quick pizza run into the highlight...
