Come here sometimes for their carne asada fries or Chile Verde. The first time I bought it was great! Lots of fries and toppings and generous meat portions. great experience.bsecond time was okay, a little less food but still worth the price

However, the following 6 times have been getting progressively worse. Tonight, they put so little food in that the fries don't even cover the floor of the box nor do they come up even halfway in the box. There is so little meat on then that I thought there wasn't any on it at first.

When we told the cashier she said they " are really busy and that's why there are mistakes". She didn't exchange the food or offer absolutely anything to fix the situation. We spent over $30 here for three boxes and all three were pitiful. Two of the boxes contained what should have been In a single box. not going to be returning until they get some quality control back. We were not even provided forks to eat with.

Don't offer items on the menu that you can't fill even halfway decently . Just say you don't have the supplies or that your store can't handle the order and we will go somewhere else.

The food is usually good, the burritos have never disappointed me. However, the service and phone etiquette and attitudes from the staff is horrible. And it's everytime. Whether you walk in or call over the phone, everytime it feels as if you're bothering them. As if you're inconveniencing them. Isn't that their job, to service the customer, give excellent customer service to have the customer come back? And it's not just this location either, i have experienced this at two locations. I like the food, but i would love it more if the staff had a WAY better attitude and smiled more. More people would come back more often if the food and the service were a...

Ok place, ok food. Just need to give a full bag of chips when you order it. I bought a large bag of chips and they give you the bag half full. I asked to substitute a small bags of chips instead of the soda, the lady said: "I can't". Come on! At the other location they always do it without any issues. Also they give you small counted cups for salsa. But they put their fingers inside the first one! After they handle the money you paid with. That is a health hazard. It used to be better now the quality and customer service is going down. I rather drive to the otger location, they are nicer, customer service is better and food...
