Well I just want to give a thank you for the kind service after I went to the AutoZone on Sanderson and got the worst service of my life I then proceeded to go to the AutoZone on Esplanade in San Jacinto to see if I can get my issues resolved in the moment I walked in the store it felt different and more welcoming then the two ladies at the other store showed me today. I don’t ever write reviews but Maurice took the battery I needed return and did it with no questions asked on what I was doing why I was bringing it back he listen to me I told him about the situation and his computer I bought the wrong size batteries and he said you had to do what you had to do to take care of what you need to take care of and he never said like the other two ladies at the other store that the battery has been installed and used which of course the battery wasn’t are used or installed as I told the other two ladies at the other store. What a difference a store makes I said I never go back to AutoZone however I will go back to Maurices store on San Jacinto and Esplanade if I ever have a problem again they were very knowledgeable very very very likable and made me feel like I wasn’t crazy like I felt the moment I walked out the other store it was horrible at the store but thank you again Maurice for showing your concern for the customer and taking care of him thank you again...
Read moreWe work on cars, that’s what we do so we when we ordered a part valued at close to $400 we expect for things to run smoothly. Instead we get to the San Jacinto pick up location and sure enough we are told they do not have it in stock. When we confirmed the night prior that they had received the already paid for part. We then called the other location is which we ordered it from and we’re told it was delivered to the pick up store. Louisa (store manager) was already with an attitude at 7 am, we had the other store on the line and in a matter of second she was flipping out on us. In return my husband gave it right back to her. At the end, she let her own feelings come between her job and her customer service and refused to help us. Even going as far as calling the cops and lying to them and trying to remove us. All we wanted was to know where our part was or is. If I could attached the video of her berating my husbands weight and telling us she is refusing to refund our money I would. At the end, my husband contacted the district manager, and I schooled her on manager clearance and I walked out with a cash refund. We will never be giving this location our business and I really hope that the district manager who was extremely nice and understanding is able to find another manager who he can...
Read moreToday at 8:45am I was trying to buy a battery for my key fob as there was no customers in line I asked the employee (Tom) for help. Right of the bat he was extremely tensed and rudely responded that I needed to know the size of the battery.
From my experience Autozone employees are hands on and would go up to going to google and getting the size for me. But this employee was just not trying to help me, he even asked me to get on his computer.
I began to get agitated and asked for the Manager (African American gentleman) he was worse just could not help me and persisted that I should get all that information on my own.
I went to O’rillyes and not only got the battery but they installed it for me. Moving forward my business will not be in Autozone.
