Dollar Tree — Local services in San Jacinto

This is one of my many visits at the San Jacinto Dollar Tree. It is one of my favorite places despite its increase in price. However, during my experience I was helped by a cashier named ‘Gloria’. Gloria may have been out of touch that day however, the behavior was a bit unnecessary. I enjoy walking into dollar tree and engaging with all of the workers since I go there on regular. Gloria proceeded to check me out but handled my items roughly. She had charged me twice for an item and when I had mentioned it to her she proceeded to subtly roll her eyes and I noticed a change of voice. As a dollar tree regular this is extremely rude and I am not too sure how to feel about ever visit this...

My friend went shopping to this store. Bought a cart full of things. You are not allowed to take the cart out of the store which is understandable. However, she was struggling to load her groceries in the car while keeping the cart inside. Customers were threatening to steal her items and not one employee stepped in to help her load her car or handle the customers being rude. I called to complain to the manager and they said “we must have been too busy to notice”. This response is not ok and highly unprofessional.
