First of all, it's my first time writing a review for my experience because I feel shy for my English, which is my 2nd language. But I think I need to write a review for others good.

If you think your skin and hair are important, and if you think your time and money are important, I don't recommend this place.

I went there this week to get a service for my face and hair.

They gave me an off shoulder gown to change without informing the place to change. There was no changing room.

It was open space, and there were three beds with divided see-through fabric. They let me lay down right next to half-naked man. I said I felt uncomfortable to lay down right next to the man. They let me lay down next next bed. And the fabric was even fully covered and I could see the man customer. I was surprised that their lack of care for customer privacy.

The lady who started my face/hair while she was working on my hair, she just left for picking up the phone, and the other lady took over. They asked me to switch the bed again to right next to the man customer cause something broken.

The staff don't know how to massage and face and wash hair. I don't feel either their skill or passion. I also felt unhappy that she kept rubbing my face downward and pulled down,

I guess they are using very cheap product for the hair. I don't know even if they applied a conditioner. My hair was worse than ever.

I was absolutely unhappy with their job. Also the the lady who just did little ticked my hair, she did not know how to operate a card machine, and she called someone and made me wait. Their advertisement price was just cash price, and if you want to pay a credit card, you need to pay extra dollars.

People go to the massage shop to release stress. But I felt I added stress. I was really unsatisfied with...

Been watching videos and wanted to get a head massage/wash and facial combo that I been hearing about. Found Aroma Spa and did an online appt. last week. Received a message that I would get a confirmation but never did. Tried calling the number with no answer or voice mail.
