I've never gotten eyelashes extensions before and my experience here was amazing. The customer service was great, with texts to remind you of and confirm appointments, as well as the friendliest faces when you show up in store.

The store itself is so clean and cute! As soon as I walked in, I felt at ease and like I was going to be pampered. I cleaned my own lashes with their lash shampoo, which is pretty cheap and you can buy after your appointment!

Afterwards I layed down on a bench that was cushioned and comfy and even had pillows for your ankles! My lash tech, Shelby, was amazing. So nice, so sweet with a calming energy, and very informed about the process. I asked a lot of questions out of curiousity and she obviously knew what she was talking about!

My lashes themselves turned out amazing! Thick and fluffy, but not too exaggerated. I've been looking in the mirror for like 5 days straight! I've had minimal shedding, which is nice because I'm kind of active and my face gets sweaty; I thought that might be an issue but nope! The price is comparable to the other lash places in the San Jose area and definitely worth it! I'll attach a pic of what they looked like on the first day!

This is my second time getting mink lashes and I definitely will be coming back to Bloom on a regular. I purchased a Groupon for a full set, and booked my appointment through their online system on their website. It was super easy and there were tons of appointment options. I received a couple of appointment confirmations, and even got a phone call the morning of to let me know there was an event going on in downtown Willow Glen so Sarah gave me some great directions that helped me get to their studio pretty easily.

The boutique itself was adorable. The music, the ambiance, and the overall experience was great. I was so comfortable while Kennia was doing my lashes I almost fell asleep two times. Kennia was super sweet, and made sure to check if I was okay throughout the process. My appointment started at 11, and I was out of there by 12:30. QUALITY vs quantity. My first experience I was in there for about 45 minutes and my lashes didn't feel nearly as comfortable as they did this time around.

This Bridal Shop is a complete Scam. They advertise on Groupon and get people interested and then they don't have the employees to handle the work and cancel on you at the last minute. My GF had an appointment with Crystal Anderson who suppose to be the Master Stylist. Upon Driving to San Jose from Turlock, Crystal suddenly came down with the flu. Over 100 miles of driving into another town and at the last minute she is cancelled. The owner Sarah Pena told my GF she was in Disneyland and she only has 1 stylist. They have a GROUPON offer and they have 1 Stylist but said she can get us in on Monday.

Today on Monday the story changed again and the next time she can get her in is Thursday.

Unless you have endless time and want your entire wedding Ruined by employees and a bridal shop that can't handle your business. DO NOT GO HERE! This would be the very very last place on the Planet to go to.

We are looking at another place and making sure Nobody gets ripped off and has their days wasted like we have.
