Ive been here twice. Both were bleh experiences. First time was last year in October and the food was mediocre. So i decided to just try and give it another chance yesterday. I ordered a Basic milk T brulee WITH basic boba. I paid for what i thought i ordered. Lady called me back up AWHILE after making my purchase and said they were out of sweet potato fries and offered to swap it out for another food. I said i really wanted those spf, thats why i ordered them lmao. She offered a refund but i was frkn hungry so instead i just picked the spring roles. Then i waited some more. When my order came, i grabbed my order and sat down. The salmon teriyaki rice bowl was nothing special. Honestly i thought itd be raw salmon in teriyaki sauce, which i wouldve enjoyed more if it had been raw and had more pieces in it-the rice bowl to salmon pieces ratio is insane lmao especially for just being the meat and rice. No veggies or anything special added to it...just a few cooked salmon pieces (maybe like six or seven pieces) and a junk load of rice. Then after a few bites, i started to drink my boba drink i thought i ordered. After a few sips i realized they added no boba. I went back up to the cashier and told her. She checked my reciept and said "yeah ur reciept didnt say boba" and then stared at me like i was spose to frkn do something about it. "Well i know i said a basic milk tea brulee with basic boba. Maybe u guys didnt hear me" was my response before walking away. If you decide to eat here, perhaps u need to raise your voice so that the employees here can hear u over their damn loud frkn music that they blast so they can get your order correct. OR better yet, teach your employees to be repeating back the order to the customer so the customer can indeed confirm said...
Read moreUnfortunately I have to leave some ratings, so a star it is. I wish there's a no star option. We came in a Sunday afternoon. Only 1 staff. Seriously, 1???! The girl seemed competent but not sure if she could comprehend English since I asked for the manager's phone number and the response was "no we don't have anything like that" and walked away. Anyways, it was 40 mins total from receipt to pick-up. Mind you not...the name of the store: QUICKLY. The first time we approached the counter, the female staff pointed to the sign :"short staff please be patient." The second time we wanted to cancel our order of 1 drink and 1 appetizer. She said "sorry, it's coming." Then she went to the back of the store and stayed for a few minutes came out with our fries and boba milk tea. Enough said of their service. Obviously it's operational problem derived from insufficient staffing. Food quality is another thing to address. But let's not waste your time on reading on. Bottom line, we would never come back. And we'd like to let others beware of their service and quality, the frustration that's unnecessary. Spend your earnest money on competing businesses...
Read moreI recently visited Quickly in Eastridge, and overall, I had a great experience. The store is clean, and the staff is friendly. I tried their bubble tea, which was delicious! The drink had just the right amount of sweetness and the bubbles were chewy and fun. They offer a variety of drinks, so there’s something for everyone, whether you like fruity drinks or more traditional teas. The only downside was that the wait was a little long, but it was worth it. I’ll definitely be coming back to Quickly for my next bubble tea fix. They also offer snacks that look really good too but I didn’t try them yet. If you’re in Eastridge, Quickly is a great place to stop by for a tasty drink, but be ready to...
