This review is based on today's experience. I've had more positive ones in the past, but I will not come back here again.
The massages used to be fine when Danny and Irene worked there, who knew what they were doing. Since then, the experiences that I have had have been HORRIBLE.
Ironically, I got the same guy as the one I did last time and should have tried requesting someone else. He is a bald gentleman and was on his Bluetooth phone the entire time. I came in because I had neck pain, and upon leaving, there was no change whatsoever.. I did 30 min chair, 15 foot. I wasted my time and money; $50. They do charge a $1 service fee if you use a credit card.
The pressure was too hard for me even after I told him, and he pushed so hard on my back against the chair head rest that I thought I would suffocate. I wished I stopped at that point. He massaged on my spine and shoulder blades; that hurt! I don't think you are supposed to massage directly over the bone! NEVER AGAIN.
