COS — Local services in San Jose

Went to their grand opening on Friday, and I would say the store looks super clean, modern, and really well organized.

The staff there was so nice and helpful. The staff greeted me right away, and helped me check for sizes, as well as checked me out pretty quick despite having a busy store during its grand opening week. The fitting room line was pretty long, but it’s expected as it’s a new location and lots of people were coming in to try the clothing there. Visited the new COS store this weekend — it’s nice to finally have one in the Bay Area! But maybe because winter is coming, most of the clothes are in very muted tones. Everything feels a bit too plain… kind of like the Bay Area itself 😅. Hope to see more vibrant colors and fun designs next...
