I stopped by this location 2 days ago with the intent to switch to the $100 plan for 4 lines after researching the service online. I knew I needed to purchase SIMs for $10 per line. But the only Rep was busy w a customer and told me to return in 15 minutes. Upon my return the Rep was less than welcoming and made our switch from Verizon Business sound too much of a burden for him!
He also claimed that I had to purchase ALL the lines individually at $110 per line and that the lines would be grouped later! It did not make sense at all! Why would I be paying a $440 dollars upfront for a $100 plan!? He even made a very odd comment "how would they know your are not hacking iphones" as if I was planning to commit fraud!
The Rep's body language and attitude was screaming that he did not want our business in any shape or form. He could have suggested an appointment or offered to called another person to help. He did give me the info he needed from Verizon to onboard us.
Google FI was a total contrast and their Rep started the transition with FREE SIMs to be shipped to our address without making a Federal Case out of the switch...
