Visiting from LA and bought records from here today after I was recommended by a friend. The store is a haven for anyone who loves unique, one-of-a-kind pieces. From clothing to jewelry to records, every item seemed carefully curated with a true vintage lover in mind. What stood out to me was the customer service. The storeowner was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, eager to help but also respectful of giving me space to explore on my own. They even shared the history behind some of the items, which made the experience special. Pricing is reasonable considering the quality of the products. You can tell that everything in the store is handpicked with care. Overall, Vago is a gem in SJ. Whether you're a seasoned vintage collector or just looking for something different, this store is definitely worth a visit. I'll definitely be back when I come back to SJ.

If you are looking to tap into San Jose for its creative pulse, go here! you walk in, it smells good, the music is good, the canvas curtains and sun cozy you into a zone. The racks are filled with quality and unique pieces. When you find something here you feel so chosen. I’m honored to have a handful of garments from Vago that feel me with a fairy dust of Josué’s touch. Josue is truly San Jose and community committed. The space is more than retail, it is a capsule of lived and refined San Jo creativity. You might catch a show, or DJs spinning records, vendors selling their art or personal collections being showcased. Truly inspiring and an instant stop after a cute bite or bevy. I’m very excited to see what Vago evolves into.

Absolutely obsessed with this new vintage gem! The vibe is always right! Welcoming, creative, and full of personality. The selection is top-tier and constantly rotating brands so always on point, so there’s always something new and unique to discover. You can really tell it’s curated with love and intention. Josue, the owner, is incredibly kind and knowledgeable, you can feel the passion in everything he does, and it makes shopping here such a fun and personal experience. So happy to support a queer-owned business that’s bringing so much style and soul to the community. This place is a must-visit, and pet friendly!

I almost never write reviews but this place is incredible. If you are familiar with San Jose's thrift scene, it's a smaller selection than stores like Black and Brown but Vago makes up for it in how carefully curated and reasonably priced the clothes are given their quality. Its my favorite place to buy men's clothing for my partner and I inevitably also end up going home with multiple things for myself.

The store also has a deal with the tailor next store, so alterations are completely free which is WILD. Last time I went, ended up with a beautiful vintage barn jacket that was a little long in the sleeves. After buying, the owner just walked me next store to the tailor, pinned the sleeves, and I got to pick up a perfectly fitting piece a week or so later....
