While I like this brand a lot, this specific location could benefit from some āprofessionalā sales staff. A middle aged woman with middle eastern heritage helped me and my partner there. She kept throwing unnecessary comments about how my partner is afraid of me (cause my partner kept asking for my opinion which is so nice of him), how I am like my boyfriendās Mom!!! (cause I asked my boyfriend whether he would feel comfortable using the selected piece of jewelry at his work place) ⦠She said and asked unnecessary comments and questions about my life like āit is obvious you have not been raised hereā, āyou should be new here.ā, āhow long have you been in the states?ā with a condescending manner. While I replied her nicely every single time she kept on smirking and trying to throw her judgments at me. I donāt need that kind of attitude from a sales person in a designer jewel shop. The pieces themselves were gorgeous and luckily had options to keep the pricing more manageable (e.g. sterling silver instead of white gold), but what impressed me the most was how helpful Vince was in finding the right look and fit for me.
I was a bit worried that by going in we'd get upsold or pressured to make a purchase, but Vince was actually the one to suggest we sleep on it after our browsing. He made sure we knew he was available to help if we wanted, but I didn't feel any pressure to make a quick decision.
