Disappointing and terrible communication. Delivery of flowers wasn't made not once but twice! Ordered Sat prior to Mother's Day - never received. Decided to give this company another chance and deliver the arrangement the following Friday for my mother's birthday. Never arrived - ended up having my mom physically go to their location and pick up an arrangement (not the one I ordered). I live in FLA and wanted to support local business near her - next time I'll just go with FTD or other florist. Never called me back after a couple messages, only seems to communicate via text and the delivery fee was not refunded. Choose somewhere else unless you live near there.
