Jack in the Box — Restaurant in San Jose

Today is Nov 1, 2022 I am picking up a delivery. In the drive thru line I give the name and am told it's not ready come around, there is 2 cars ahead and so 15 mins later not bad. I'm at the front and I tell the cashier the name and she says come around, come around? None the less, I ask because sometimes I do park at the door and the order to given to me when it's done. This is not what occured the Manger came to the window after I asked around to the door? She was very angry, she tells me she is making it right now. I said ok, she then starts yelling go around and I ask to the door? And she cont. To yell to leave, I am telling her I am ok with waiting for the order. She tells me no she will cancel it, so someone else can take it. I inform her once again I am ok waiting for the order it's no problem. At this point she tells me no you don't wait here, people behind you will get there food. Ok, what is the problem. She is red and angry 😠you go now I cancel the order. This Manger is either mentally unstable or she doesn't serve ..... as that is the only factor on my side. It's been a long day and I was calm, I didn't understand what she wanted in order to get me the order. I even asked her how one the wait, I was told 3 mins. This store I have been to before usually really nice super fast and no issues. Only time did some Manger lay in wait to ..... I dunno what as I only said I have a pick up and name. Then all the hate and leave, not here, people in back get their food before you. Even though I stated...

I stop going to that location !!! My 1st bad experience, the joint was dirty the floor was dirty there was Liquid spilled everywhere around the soda machines ,napkins all over the floor and when we order our food mine came in time ,my friends came ten minutes later and and it was cold food we demand our money back and the cashier had an attitude so I spoke to her manager and she gave us our refund . my second experience at the same location ,a lot of tacos were already pre-made and we're sitting there cold waiting for somebody to order them, when I ordered mine I I told cashier i want fresh and hot ones, Casher made funny face and look up to her employee both made a face, I had to wait 15 minutes to get my food the third and final time ,I went to the drive-thru same location order tacos and when I pulled up to pay I ask the cashier I would like my fresh and hot he said no problem ,theyre coming right off the grill so when I got them and I live around the corner when I got inside my home and open the bag, they work stale and cold so I called that 1- 800 number and made a complaint, never again will I go back to this Jack in the Box and one thing I did notice about this Jack in the Box is that every time I did go, these past three times and remind you it wasn't one after another it was throughout the past 6 months they were all new employees...

Yeah... So I Placed an online order, and when I went to pick it up, the drive thru was closed. I even hung out for like 20 minutes, because I had the time. Still, nothing. I even saw a few more people after me, that looked like they had the same problem, all driving away after knocking on the door after asking an employee.

It looked like they were having some sort of repair service or plumber there. Understandable, but why was the online order accepted? There should have been some sort of warning about the place being closed before I wasted time and money.

And I had an offer that I used for this order, that I couldn't use when I placed this order again at another jack in the box.

I haven't received a refund yet, but I'll wait until normal business hours to see if they processed it.

I went onto their website the next morning and clicked "Contact Us" at the bottom, found the area for transaction refunds, and filled out my receipt information along with what occurred.

Customer service reached out to me the same day, and I was offered a full refund. Received it within 24 hours.
