Esmeralda's Jewelry — Local services in San Jose

My experience at Esmeralda's Jewelry was incredibly disappointing. The staff's conduct was unprofessional and misleading. The owner Esmeralda at the store initially offered to exchange my partner's boots for 14k jewelry, with an additional payment. However, when we returned a week later, she changed her story and said that exchanges were only allowed for other boots or clothing & that HER system “won’t let her” exchange them for jewelry. The selection of boots available for exchange was limited and unappealing, leaving my partner with no choice but to settle for a pair that were poor quality. The lady's lack of accountability and her son's incredibly slow and lack of assistance added to our frustration. It was clear that this store/the owner is more interested in making money than in providing good customer service. I strongly discourage anyone from visiting Esmeralda's Jewelry.
