I am new to the Madewell brand and I ordered three pairs of jeans, three of them shipped to my home, one to the store. Not sure why one was shipped to the store, in all fairness it may have been operator error! I did not like the two shipped to my home and when I received notification that the store one arrived, I was just going to call them and return over the phone because I did not feel like this is my brand.

Read morePoor quality jeans. Bought a pair in march and they didn’t even make it to the end of the year with less than 10 wears. I brought them in asking if they could do an exchange for the same pair and was asked if I wanted to try to repair them before going through with the exchange. I said yes because of environmental reasons, got them back and the patch was terrible and you can see a huge square with zigzags on my butt and they completely ignored part of the repair. I had to wait to make the trip down to Santa Row from the city since they are the only mens store close and was told I could recycle them for $20 towards a new pair. There were all chatting it up with each other which I have no problem with but at least ask me I need any assistance. I did inform the employee that helped me at check out when asked if I found everything okay what my issue was. She apologized so for that reason I give them two stars instead of one.
