Salvatore Ferragamo — Local services in San Jose

This store is tiny in comparison to other SFs I’d visited (in Hawaii). Their stock is incredibly limited — no Varinas, which are the classic SF women’s footwear. The particular loafer I wanted was not available at this store, though it was from the current season. I was however able to then get this exact shoe from Bloomingdales within the same mall, which I went to right away.

As for customer service, I saw no sales associate readily available on the floor. The security guard had to request for assistance for me, which came about 5 minutes later. After being informed the particular loafer was not available, though it’s still up on SF’s official site, there was no attempt/offer for further assistance to purchase this shoe. My previous experience at an SF boutique (Honolulu) where a shoe wasn’t in stock in the store resulted in the associate placing a special order for me so that I can pick up the shoe...

I came here with my mother to get her a birthday present and we were welcomed right away by security and staff members. I forgot the name of the gentleman assisting us, but he has glasses on. He was very patient and brought out many options for my mother to try on. We were in and out of the store in a matter of 20 minutes without feeling like we were rushed. I came here on Mother’s Day weekend to buy a gift for my mom. It was not that crowded compare to other luxury stores. The manager and sale people were friendly and helpful. Great service. They also provide sparkle water on a hot day. They also have flowers and beautiful handwritten letter for moms when purchase a product on Mother’s Day. Will add this store to my list...
