BE WARNED READ THEIR YELP AND GOOGLE REVIEWS, bad experience !!!!

So i was looking around for a car to get and saw a vehicle that have listed for sale and by looking closely at the car there is some missing parts and imperfection, I went to there office to take a look at it in person but they're closed i'm like their website says 8pm and on google map it says they close at 7pm i went by around 610-630pm today FRIDAY no one is there, i been calling them on their 2 different numbers they have listed no one calls back nor messages till now saying that they are not at the office, I had someone run the VIN number check on the vehicle that I was possibly gonna get from them but it comes back as red flags so i told them cancel the credit applcation im NOT intrested in buying from them after what i saw on Yelp and Google reviews about them, nahh im better off somewhere else i found someone else thats legit and has good commucation and already locked in a deal and actually responds pretty quick, UNLIKE THIS PLACE where they don't pickup the phone and just giving the run around seems...

I'm interested in a small work truck for my son and I was reading your reviews and i was giving myself the benefit of the doubt you know what go ahead and try them so as I'm calling right now at 10:51 a.m. Today is July 30th 2025 and it rings and then voicemail picks up which is not even a live person and it says that their voice mailbox is full for it being a dealership Car Lot whatever you want to call yourselves now I'm believing the reviews all I was trying to do today is purchase my son send a truck i had $10,000 cash to see what I can get from your lot but being that i called and it's a recording and your voicemail is full shouldn't anybody or somebody an employer be answering the phones right about this time well now I'm starting to believe the reviews the bad reviews other than that maybe it's a good thing nobody answered, to me that was a big red flag and with that being said, I will take my cash and my business somewhere else where people are going to answer their phones on a business day . I was trying to get a hold of Ryan but did not succeed.. And you don't have to reply...

I love the car I bought from this place but I’m giving them 1 start for their professionalism. I kept getting calls from them while I was at work asking me to call places and email them documents immediately, I told them I was at work and couldn’t do that until later that day or the next day and they insisted it would only take a minute. I take my work very seriously, it pays for the car I just bought from them and I didn’t appreciate their attitude. Lastly, they made a mistake with my license plates and registration, when I finally called them 3 weeks before my temporary registration expired they said to call in a few weeks. It now expires in 2 days and they still don’t have it and can’t tell me when they will get it. So now I will be paying for a car I can’t even use. They didn’t apologize for their mistake, when I talked to them they didn’t even seem to care. I love my car but I this experience left me wishing I’d gotten it...
