Glass House Smoke Shop — Local services in San Jose

((I waited until my third visit to post this review.))

Let me start right off with the quality of customer service here. I came in as a newcomer not knowing what to expect but in need of some basic gear and a few pairs of sweat pants. I found the highest quality work-grade hoodies and pants (matching sets) and was able to buy them at a really fair price, cheaper than any of the other 6 stores I was in that same day. I ended up buying a few other things that I spotted around the shop.

At LEAST a whole month later, I wander back into the shop after having lost the address. These legends recognized me from my modest transaction all those days before and thanked me for returning!

This time through, I noticed their wide selection of imported snacks and beverages, some things I never thought I'd see in person and more than a few I didn't know existed! I'm quickly becoming a regular and am glad that I found this spot. Co people rolling through on the regular too!

Oh, great prices on glass too! A little of everything here and no junk around the shop; all the gear and glass looks decent, not a bunch of filler just sitting around like so many other shops full of dusty swag on...

Not at store that’s just trying to sell you what they can, but actually trying to sell you what your need, even if you don’t know it yet!

Came is for my first bong, and upon explaining my situation and budget, he set me up with the perfect starter kit. Even though it was a bit over my budget, I later realized that he actually saved me a bunch of money by having me buy items of good quality that I won’t have to change any time soon!!

Watch out! Came to the shop cuz it said open online but got to the door after walking an hour in the hot sun & much to my dismay the lights were off & the door locked at 11:30am. Checked the reviews & I'm not the only person that has run into this situation. Also who throws a person out thats having a medical emergency without atleast calling 911(refer to other reviews)?
