Carnitas El Rincon - Keyes — Restaurant in San Jose

It was ok, the portions are generous but I found the carnitas to be pretty salty. The rice had great flavor. There were chunks of orange fat in the carnitas, which I don't mind, but that kind of fat should turn liquid when heated up (the meat wasn't hot enough when they assembled my burrito). Perhaps if the meat were hotter it'd be less salty since the chunks of "liquid" fat wouldn't be intact with the meat? I'm not sure. There were big chunks of avacado in the burrito, which was nice.They were out of beans so they let me know my burrito would just be rice. WOW......It's really hard to find authentic (Not Americanized) Mexican food in California and this place has it. The carnitas were juicy and flavorful along with an array of some of the most delicious salsa I have had in a while. Hoy 10 de septiembre estuve en ese lugar mientras me servían mi orden entre a usar el baño y la ventana estaba abierta observé que tienen un cochinero en la parte de atrás todos los cueritos que usan para las carnitas expuestos al sol con una temperatura a 90 expuestos al sol sin nada que los tape y con un enganbre de moscas y un olor feo eso es lo que nos dan de cueritos tome videos y fotos are un reporte al departamento de salud de la ciudad no tienen ni la menor higiene en la parte de atrás le pregunté al manager y me respondió los vamos a tirar luego y le dije porque luego esperar con ese enganbre de moscas nunca volveré a ese lugar esos cueritos son para una buena infección intestinal el dueño debería tomar cartas en ese asunto de cualquier manera reportare al departamento de salud de la ciudad cuento con...
