Customer service is not great, is not even there. I didn't see or heard any employee greeting costumers at all. My son grabbed a wooden giraffe that was broken, it's ears and part of the head was totally broken; it still had the amazing price of $9.99!! ( I could totally buy a new one in Ross or maybe Marshalls for the same price or a little more) so when my mom and I when to the register my mom asked if it could be a little bit discounted because it was broken. The cashier asked and this lady said with a face 7 dollars, then my mom proceeded to buy it and I was like no! That is just ridiculous price for something broken! And the the cashier said what? You want it more discounted? With an attitude. Then I was charged $3.99 for a kid's dress that was 50%off from 6.99. When I asked why it was $3.99 instead of $3.50 cashier said is the system. Oh well , I guess non profit businesses are the most profitable. I'll be going to Mercy's wearhouse from now on, better selection, better prices and better...

Everything was fine when I walked in, I found a couple of record gems I noticed however they were no price tag or signs for the price so I asked an employee the price, she gave me a unsure answer.. felt uncomfortable with her answer so I asked another employee just to verify but…oh boy that was a big mistake Judith aka “ the manager” got offended & upset when I asked her how the price on records because I told her one of her employees told me a different price she ran up to her employees at the register asked them loudly how much records were both of them were look dumb founded looking at each other waiting for someone to give an answer Judith shouted towards them the price. Aggressively walks away shouting “next time I promise you we’ll have a big sign for you with the price?” Still ended up only buy a few records would of bought more if Judith didn’t decided to up charge me more just because she thinking I found these “rare”...
Read moreTrevor was very helpful and nice, such a great worker and overall amazing customer service !! Martha on the other hand is a terrible worker! She talked smack about all the workers in Spanish all throughout the store with Wendy. She was on her phone and spoke rudely to my mom when she asked her a question because she was too busy gossiping with Wendy. Meanwhile there was a line at checkout, Trevor had to call Wendy over to the other register because she was too busy talking to notice. Overall the store has a variety of good things so I would’ve given them more stars but I had a very upsetting situation with their customer service. I rarely leave less than a 4-star review so I cannot stress how unpleasant this...
