Public Storage — Local services in San Juan Capistrano

Jose is the store manager for this facility. I have used this location twice. The first time is when I came to California from Utah. I called ahead of time and spoke to Jose. Upon arriving all arrangements were exactly as we had discussed, and Jose, besides being one heck of a nice guy, is very efficient with what he does. The first time I used the deposit (largest unit available) for about 7 months, with the price being about $430 a month. The second time was two years later and once again I spoke to Jose. This time the deal was more expensive for the largest of their units. I paid $484 a month for the exact same size I had used two years prior. Inflation, cost of living? What else does not go up in price year after year. I did not like the hike but I was assured that these units actually cost $600 plus a month! Jose, once again, recognized us and like always treated us with the best of customer service skills. He certainly is an asset for Public Storage. In our two times we rented there, everyone in the office gave us the best of services. I feel this location deserves recognition, and I am very happy I can put my two cents worth. Jose is top notch management. He is a good guy, and if there is a sale going on, he will go out of his way to save someone some money. He told us that if we vacated before the 10th of the month, we were entitled for a pro rated rate. Professional, courteous and fast on the keyboards. No unnecessary delays. I personally enjoy having a storage unit at this Public Storage branch, there is so much shown by all the staff, smiling faces, loving greeting tactics to all the costumers that I have seen go in and out while there in office and on grounds,, this Public Storage make you feel Comfortable like your with Family and as well makes you feel at home,, My Wife and I are Very Pleased with this Public Storage, they keep it safe, secure, clean, and if ever any issue with anything even another tenant to running out of toilet papper/ or papper towels if you tell the staff its an automatic fix, they deal with any issue quick and promt to all tenants needs,,

They have at this Public Storage in San Juan Capistrano, Cali. The greatest experience I have ever had with my storage needs encompassing location, price, unit availability and exceptional customer service is that of being a storage client at the San Juan Creek Rd. facility in San Juan Capistrano, Ca. exceptionally managed and physically maintained by Jose Giurolia, Facility Manager with the support of Glenn Josephson.

Sometime in March, I tentatively reserved for a storage unit. Shortly after, I realized I was not ready to make the anticipated move. I requested, Jose Giurolia, for an extension. Jose understood the situation I was in, he was very flexible, very accommodating and readily obliged with my request. He went above and beyond by making sure he kept me updated regarding availability of unit which was originally reserved by another person. The move was expedient and handled in a very professional way.
