However, I had to revise this review because of an incredibly rude worker. She kept walking away from me when I had questions around the menu and some of the specials they were running. There was a language barrier I hope. Otherwise she was unable to respond to simple questions.

Then she made me go in the back and run after her in order to fix our order that she had gotten wrong. Ultimately, she wasn’t able to fix it and we just left out of frustration.

And then today, I walked in on a different day and she was giving me dirty looks up and down. Then she came over to me asking me about somebody else’s order and I told her I wasn’t able to help her.

I can’t believe anybody would have her working in front of the house. But I live ACAI and will have to endure her or find...

The reviews are all fake 5 star reviews because they get a free pastry. When this place first opened it was pretty good and the owner and the "then" employees cared. As time has gone on its gotten horrible and there's no longer a register or someone to help with your order. One staff member and it takes over 15-20 minutes for a simple regular sized bowl.

They have also shorted all bowls now which is ridiculous, will no longer be coming back, this is the second time and I won't allow for a 3rd. Image shows how high they added each layer, the acai doesnt even reach midway up the spoon head. This is a $13 bowl ? 555-comenow

Genuinely would come back to this location just for him. I don’t usually rate places because of customer service, but I think this is what will make us come back, and this isn’t even the closest one to our house, we were just in the area.

Bowls were great, we tried a bunch, and when we ussually get the São Paulo, he say with us showed us a few more and made us find the type of base we really do enjoy. Made our experience that much more worth it, and now we know what to get when we are feeling a little bit of a different base.

I would honestly recommend you come just to see it for yourself.
