I’ve never written a review, but I am honestly surprised that this establishment is allowed to work on eyebrows. The esthetician who’s also the supervisor clearly had 0 experience threading eyebrows and proceeded to do the service anyway. Pulled a hair one by one with the string and then started cutting away with the scissors. Eye brow threading can’t be performed in a sitting down position, client should be laid on their back for the appropriate angle. I ended up with 2 different eyebrows one shorter than the other with random hairs cut in between. I hadn’t had my eyebrows done in over 4 weeks and she blamed it on whomever did my brows last time and said she barely just cleaned them. They were not even clean and just hair chopped everywhere. She said she couldn’t refund me but could offer additional services with another person but at that point there was no way I would trust someone there. Today, I had a scheduled eyebrow wax appointment for 2:40 PM with Karla which was my preference. Karla called out and the person in her place Xiomara never notified Karla’s clients of her absence, I drove an hour to Macy’s just to be told Karla is off today and if I wanted to keep my appointment I had to wait another hour, and it wasn’t a choice. Not only I wasted time, gas, and money but I was treated rudely and dismissed as a client as if I did something wrong.
