This review is specifically for the TMoblie store at the 2nd floor.
Don't expect any attention or good service from the staff if you need assistance with their own TMoblie Tuesday's promos app. These days they'll ignore you until you get tired of waiting and go. Thanks to their awful assistance I lost my time there and couldn't get in time to the next store because I arrived when it was already closed and lost my chance to have that beautiful promo gift.😔
Specially this day(Tuesday), I only have hours to receive my promotional gift and every minute counts.⏳ Everytime this Tuesday promo comes up and I have the chance to go for my gift at this store, cause I'm near at the time, cause if I go to anywhere else I may lost my promo gift. Go figure! My hubby and I were waiting to be assisted and no one cared to ask us, or the other customers waiting their for long minutes (I asked 2 customers in line waiting when I arrived, that's why I knew), and more customers kept arriving eventually. The associates were taking a huge time with the customers already being assisted. When customers asked for the promo, one of the employees that finally took care of this wasn't polite and acted with discomfort. They always act this way over here when TMoblie Tuesday app has a promo gift because my hubby and I aren't the only ones having this experience. Family, friends and even some customers I've asked during my visit there, have told me about the same experience at this store. I was so surprised of the amount of clients having this experience, that to make sure no one and myself were having just some coincidence, I went twice to the store right after(two different days) two different promos were over, and for my surprise the store staff was assisting more promptly and nicely. The company must train their employees to fairly attend customers the same way every single day no matter what's the service this customer is gonna receive. And this is why I gave 1⭐. I hope this situation is taken...
Read morePÉSIMO SERVICIO AL CLIENTE. Fui a la tienda del primer nivel a activar mi celular nuevo de acuerdo a que cambie de Sprint a T-Mobile. Habían tres muchachas bochinchando cuando entré y se comenzaron a reír cuando les indiqué a una que necesitaba ayuda recogiendo un celular que telebanco me había separado en la tienda. Una de las muchachas decidió atenderme con cara y comenzo a buscar el celular sin decir ni unas buenas noches. Procedió a comenzar llenar solicitud y ni me miraba la cara. Una de las muchachas con que estaba hablando basicamente le dijo "estas bien?" riendose como quien dice "que mal te va que cojistes un cliente cuando estabamos basilando". La muchacha que pregunta entonces se nos acerca con el atrevimiento de preguntarme "mira tu sabes que puedes hacer el cambio de telefono desde tu casa con telebanco?" Para zapatearse de uno. Yo le dije que ya la muchacha me esta atendiendo y ella contesta con una malascrianza diciendo "aa es para que no esperes". Esparar es lo que yo iba a hacer si llamaba a telebanco!! La muchacha que me atendio no me activo el sim card disque porque no estaba "escrito por telebanco en las notas que lo hiciera" .Teniendo prisa de zapatearse de uno me dijo que la transferencia iba a ocurrir en tres horas y que todo estaba preparado. No me activó el sim card y ahora estoy aquí con un celular que no puedo utilizar. Ahora tengo que cancelar una reunion que tenía a las 11am-4pm para ir a la tienda a que me activen el SIM card. Si hubiese una palabra para describir a las muchachas que me entre comilla "atendieron" sería bagas. El muchacho que luego hable con telebanco me indicó que era la responsabilidad de la muchacha activar el SIM card así la activación no este incluida en las notas y que la representante debería saver esto. I explained my situation of needing another phone immediately, but within my price range. Melanie listened to me and made several suggestions explaining the difference in features and pricing between phones. I went with the I-phone which was new for me but she helped me get setup and become familiar with IOS.
