Rooms To Go offers a pretty solid selection of furniture, mostly leaning neutral to modern rather than traditional. The showroom is well-organized, and there's plenty of free parking with an easy-to-access handicap entrance.

Like most furniture stores, salespeople approach quickly, but they’re friendly and back off if you're just browsing. Once I knew what I wanted, they were helpful and efficient in getting the purchase finalized.

The only downside? Instead of taking the furniture home the same day, I had to fill out a paper form and then schedule a pickup at the distribution center in Toa Baja, which was a bit inconvenient. It would be much better if in-store pickup was an option.

Overall, a good experience with helpful staff, just be prepared for an extra step if the item...

After around $3k purchase on a living room I could say that I’ve wasted my money in less than 3 months. The sofa got a stain that according with the “technitian” does not qualify to be covered under the warranty just because they couldn’t remove the stain. Did I pay for a warranty to clean the sofa???? It doesn’t make any sense and it’s not what was explained at the time of the purchase. If you want to waste your money like I did, just visit the store, make a purchase including all the treatments and warranties that will “cover and protect” your investment. Acabo de recibir un mueble sin caja en ningun momento fui notificada , que esto era pieza usada o de piso ! NO comore en especial nada!! Es precio!! regular NO !! sirve una parte eléctrica y el chofer no. Responde no vino en caja obvio no tengo ni instrucciones estoy de camino a ver sus respuestas UPdate la gerente misma día por que mi deseo era devolver la pieza me dijo que yo recibiria la pieza bien en su caja sin problemas para hoy sabado!!!! YO no recibi eso !!!! La caja estaba sin tape despaegado por completo y por dentro sin qraps el mueble de esa caja!!! El primer envio estaba super wrappiado jamas vi su caja desde que el camión abriò estaba así!!!!!! HOY los empleados comenzaron a desmontar la parte de arriba defectuosa y sin sacarlo completo (parte de abajo) y desmontaron el de afuera parte de arriba lo que se veia un cambio DE LANPRTE DE ARRIBA NO fue una pieza nuevaa esyo ha sido todo un problema para mi ya que tome dias de vacasiones en mi trabajo para hacer esta compra y sigo perdiendo el tiempo con el servicio que estan ejecutando el empleado llama a su almacen en tiabaja quienes NO saben nada y tampoco me estaba escuchando por el ruido del camiòn.
