LongHorn Steakhouse — Restaurant in San Juan

Waited 25 minutes to be seated and there were many empty tables in the restaurant. Jared is a cheerful Waiter and his service was good. Out of 4 Ceasar Salads ordered, one was not a Ceasar. That was on the kitchen. It would be good and profesional to go around tables and check on patrons. We had to go get someone for sorting out the wrong order. Staff gathers to chat in back and patrons need to go look for them? They need training not to bring main course without clearing the appetizers plates and put plates down on the table and not hand to patrons. It's so unprofessional :( Prices are reasonable, portions OK, and the salads were tasty. Won't go back to try the rest...

Excellent service with bilingual staff that was able to code-switch immediately once they realized we're tourists from the Continental 48. Food was hot, refills were frequent, atmosphere was a light murmur with calm lighting. Easy to the exit and taxis/Uber/Lyft etc after walking this...

Quisiera poder dar una opinión sobre la comida pero no puedo, por que ni la orden de bebidas nos tomaron. Fuimos hoy, 8 de agosto de 2025, y luego de esperar 45 minutos en la mesa sin que nadie nos atendiera decidimos irnos. Hacía calor dentro del restaurante, el piso debajo de la mesa estaba sucio y con comida en el suelo, en dos ocasiones fuimos a notificar que nadie nos había atendido luego de que la host nos sentó y dijeron que le iban a notificar a la mesera asignada pero nada pasó. Todo esto sucedió estando el restaurante con bastantes mesas vacías, lo cuál me sorprendió un sábado. En fin, una mala experiencia por la que afortunadamente no tuvimos que pagar nada más allá del tiempo que perdimos.
