We visited this place for the first time and unfortunately the service did not meet expectations. When we arrived, there was no acknowledgment from the staff, so we seated ourselves. When it was time to order, we asked for a moment to decide, but once ready, it took a long time for someone to come back and take our order. When the pizza finally arrived, it was served without utensils or napkins. At checkout, the bill was given without an itemized breakdown, which we had to specifically request. Finally, the tip options started at 18%, which felt excessive considering the service provided. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and the lack of basic attention to service details...

I went here for the first time and the experience wasn't what I expected from a beer boutique. Don't want to judge if it was that day only. No customer service at all. No waitress. We had to go to them for they to serve us from the menu. I could notice they were having a bad time. The beers were good. So I would only recommend this place to go and have a drink in the bar. Good beer, high prices! It's definitely a locals place with a higher "beer budget" and a good way to hang out for a short while. Lots of craft beers and some "regular" bottled beers are available.
