My iPhone “woke up” unable to make or receive calls. I came to the store and Lemuel tackled the situation. The phone would not accept the new eSIM. We called Apple support. They recommended i return home, backup the phone and continue with the Apple support case. I did as required, and returned to the store. As soon as I entered, Lemuel came over, worked briefly with the phone and had no problem installing the new eSIM. Problem solved.
