Tobacco Shop — Local services in San Juan

Bought a Geek Bar Vape, and told the employee if I can test it in store as I’ve had a few out of the many that I’ve bought elsewhere, be defective and stay on when not using. All other shops kindly take it back and swap it out for a proper working one. The employee here said “yes, we make sure everything works properly.”

First vape pull and the device stayed on. I told them that it is not supposed to continue to stay on after you finished taking a pull.

They said the device was not defective and that it is supposed to work like that.

A vape should not continue firing when there is no air draw. The 3 employees that helped out and saw the issue do not know anything about vapes and how they work and refused to exchange it.

Now, I have a vape that is staying on, burning the coil and draining my battery long after taking a hit/pull. I can’t even turn it off because it stays on, or when I turn it on, it sometimes starts firing without taking a pull.

Will not come back or recommend...
