Update: PLEASE FIX YOUR PHONE SYSTEM!!! I had an awesome experience in person, but everything since then has been extremely difficult. I ordered my tiles and was told they would be read for pickup the next day because everything was showing in stock, but online it still showed pending. I called F&D every other day for the last 2 weeks - press 1 for orders and then for order status and pickup - the phone rings a few times then automatically drops the call!! I never even talked to anyone or left a message! I had to contact the floor &decor hq in Atlanta bc I had no idea what to do - I'm at home with a new baby and it's not super easy for me to just do an hour long drive to floor and decor. I finally managed to go today and talked to Jeff because my order (2 weeks later) was still "pending" and I wanted the contractors to pick it up the week of 4/22 and he was super helpful and kind and told me they're aware of the phone problem. Please please please fix your phone system

Had to order some tiles ASAP and needed some design help. I made an appointment for the next day online, but had some free time so decided to come in a day early and see if they could fit me into their schedule. Dario to the rescue!! He wrapped up with another client then quickly pulled a few options for tile and grout. He was great to work with - and we're so happy with the tiles we got. And! We paid F&D $5K for a kitchen project and they ghosted us. Like legit won't answer our emails or calls. We requested our project to start back in May. We finally got our installation date to be Wednesday (July 28th). I emailed them last Wednesday to ask something. I emailed them again on Friday (July 23rd) to confirm. They then emailed back saying they can't come, saying they don't have material and they don't know when they can come. First off, I have an email from them on June 24th (over a month ago) confirming they have our material and all they need to do is to find an installation date. So why are they using that as an excuse for not being able to come? Also, I had to email them first asking something and THEN they emailed me saying they don't have material to install our kitchen? Is F&D a big scam company??? They take THOUSANDS of dollars from us and they just ghost...

DO NOT PURCHASE from floor and decor. My family submitted and order for 64 cases of hard wood floors. Staff stated they would have it ready in two weeks. Two weeks later we went to pick up the order and it was not ready and staff stated that it was back ordered and would arrive in November. We went again in Nov and the order still had not arrived. Staff said that due to shortage of truck drivers everything was taking longer than usual. My family was patient, we went in again on Jan 3rd, 2022. Order had still not arrived then staff and stated that order had not been submitted. We are extremely frustrated because we are now being fined by the city of Oakland for taking to long on our build. Management didn't even have the audacity to show their face. I will make sure to notify corporate of this incident to ensure the people involved get apprehended for...
