The staff was incredibly kind, patient, and engaging—not only with our students (ages 2–7), but with our teachers too. Their warmth and professionalism made the event smooth, safe, and so much fun for everyone involved.

First they did not get the animals they committed to bring and gave some reason which was never even communicated in any way. They just decided to replace the Tortoise with baby goat and dint find it important enough to communicate that to us. The people were so rude.
