Worst Employee Culture I've ever seen. We came to the outlet store to buy shoes for our daughters and while shopping there one of the female employees who was stocking the racks vomited on my girlfriend and a 2 year old. They took her to the back and offered paper napkins to clean herself. When she came out we ask fill an accident report and waited a while until we asked again to Zabee a Nike attendant where is the manager. He walked away not even giving us any kind of notice saying "he is coming." I was speechless that he knew that my girlfriend just got bodily fluids on her and he has no sympathy or concern. Final a tall black male named Thomas Coleman LP Specialist who claimed to be the manager came to speak to my girlfriend. He never even offer an apology. He attempted 3 times to collect her name that he kept misspelling and went right to the chase offering "I am give you a big discount, hows %40." I was flabbergasted by his lack of empathy. I intervene in a normal voice saying "are you serious? My girlfriend just got vomited on and you want to offer her a discount and not even an apology " He interrupted me mid sense raising his voice yelling stating that he was talking to her. I said "excuse me dont raise your voice at me" and he walked away claiming I was raising my voice. I said what you're the one that started yelling when I asked you not to raise your voice. I said I want your managers name and the district manager because this is not ok. He then proceeded to take the asian parents of the 2 year old who also got vomited on quietly...
Read moreI came for the first time on Black Friday for some new sneakers!
It was actually significantly less chaotic than I'd expected. I'd envisioned all the terrors of those demented Wal-Mart stampedes, but everyone here (employees and clients alike) was unbelievably polite to one another! There was no grabbing, no shoving, and no screaming. Of course, there were unavoidable lines and cramped-ness, but one would hear "excuse me"s dropped pleasantly up and down the aisles, and I found a rather neat, albeit long and windy, line up to the cashiers. The employees are very friendly here and did a commendable job of tidying up the shelves and floors. Nearer a discount deadline (2pm that day for 15% off the entire store), employees calmly and efficiently worked to pass out discount-guarantee cards to everyone still browsing. One working lass was even kind enough on this busy day to give me advice on which of the many collections of shoes to try for my particular needs.
Stop by and check out their wares! Aside from a very pleasant experience, I also left with some great deals...
Read moreDon’t expect to find anything good here even if they have it. Went in and asked for a specific pair if shoes, the associate looked it up and said it was in stock but without actually going in the back to look for it said, “I was there earlier and didn’t see it, they’re probably still in the shipping boxes.” I knew this probably wasn’t true but ok. What’s worse is that as I’m walking around I hear an off duty employee ask the manger, “am I able to buy x shoe” (the shoe that I had asked for). A couple minutes later, they both walk out and the employee has the shoe in a bag so nobody could see what it was. They went to the front and he bought them. This store backdoors everything or keeps everything good for the employees. The lack of help was already disappointing but to actually see the shoe you just asked for being bought by an employee is crazy. Hopefully higher ups see and change this as employees are definitely lying and keeping items away from customers for...
