Just want to let you know , I've shopped at your Guess Factory Store in San Leandro CA. and both times I was there, It was the most horrible Shopping , experience I've ever had The 1st time I visited the store, I thought " oh maybe their having a bad day" but then I few days later they were just as bad or worst as the 1st time I was there!!!! Rude, Not helpful, Looked down at costumers as if they were discriminating when they were asked for assistance, And to top you could tell that the work relationship among them is not the best, I should say Catty ?? They way the Employees talked, treat each other, SO unprofessional if you ask me, That I worked for a bank and is use to providing costumer service.. I have to say that the SO CALLED Managers are the worst!!! you would think they should st the example right !! we ll they are LOL !!! I was in line for 10 minutes and witnessed how the mangers talked to the others employees and their body language not to mention, they felt as if the owned the store.. TO BOTH OF YOU MANAGERS PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT WE THE COSTUMERS ARE MAKING YOUR PAY CHECK!!!! NUMBER #2 YOUR SELLING MORE THAN CLOSE YOUR SELLING A BRAND, THAT I WILL NEVER BUY AGAIN,, Hello !!! Read moreWorst experience, the manager is discriminating, unprofessional and rude....I was refused service/ police called for asking a question about how long it would take to receive service ...(back story) i was let in the store by this person and got in line for my return behind another person for at least 5min no one is at the counter she walks up and says nothing, so I asked is there someone who can help us, she snapped back when I'm finishing logging in; I said you don't have to get nasty I was just asking a question, her next statement shocked me...I'm not helping you and you can leave the store, I said I'm not leaving I just need to return this item that's it's, she said I'm calling the police ....I'm like what, call them haven't done anything...so i stand in line and wait till the customer in front me is finished, again shes like im calling the police on you ....by this time I'm furious I gave her a piece of mind....I have no idea how your mgrs are trained but to call the police on a customer for asking a question or maybe because I'm black ...but there is definitely something wrong here.....I have never in my life been treated like this or encountered such a hostile, antagonistic demeanor in a store.
