I went in the gap store in San Leandro. To exchange a jacket I was given for Xmas they didn't have my size but a nice. young lady named Adriana helped me find one at two other stores she then called to make sure they did in fact have them she then had them put it on hold for me .. this was great customer service and I greatly appreciated her . Organized store. I've had some great finds here over the years, but it is hit or miss. They are often not busy which makes for a nice shopping experience. I was one of the first people in the store this morning ... I was asked 3 times by 3 different employees did I need help ... and I got my 2 granddaughters what they needed and was out of the store in 10 minutes ... my type of shopping ... IN AND OUT ... loved...
