Kohl's — Local services in San Leandro

I hadn't been in a Kohl's for several years, and I decided to look for carry-on luggage. I was in luck--they were having a huge sale with reductions of 50% and 60%. I looked on my Consumer Report app to see ratings of the luggage they were carrying.

I found a cute fushia colored carry-on by Samsonite with excellent ratings. List price:$259.99 (really?) with 60% off for $103.99. When I went to check-they found that I had let my credit line with Kohl's go years ago....so, for signing up again, I would get another 35% off on most items. So, I ended up get that cute little carry-on for $67.69 + tax. Hubba Bubba!!! I also got my first pair of Van shoes. They usually go for $69.99, and their discounted price was $64.99. With my 35% off it came to $42.24. I was told I could get 35% off the rest of the day.

After going out to my car and putting on my new leopard print Van shoes, I started thinking maybe I should go back in and see if there was anything else I "needed"? There was $1,000 limit to my total purchases for the day with an extra 35% off.

I did find a pair of leopard shades, a sun hat, and kitchen gadget that were already discounted, and I got an additional 35% off. Yeah, team!

The only thing is you have to use their credit card. I think that us where they make their money--interest and late fees, and all that. So, if someone has a hard time going over budget, this may not be...

It's my store. I've been coming here for years. Getting a little this and a little that which is needed. They got good deals. I like the clearance they have on certain days. I like the Kohl's dollars that they give you to utilize before the due date is up. Just cool. Good vibes clean store friendly workers that work there. And I also went to give a shout out to the associate that rung up my items. His name was Andy. He was super fast, efficient and cool. And I also love your. Store manager with the blonde hair. I can't remember her name. But she's amazing always. Such a friendly smile and she makes you want to come back to the store. She's very approachable listens to what you have to say. And that's the reason why I keep coming back. I really enjoy you guys bringing her on aboard to work for Kohl's. Again, there was another associate that helped me on the floor. I was looking for the fitting room. She was very young and she had black long hair. It was in a ponytail. I want to give her a shout out as well. Everything changed so much in the store. When I saw her she directed me to where it was and I went directly there. Overall just amazing five star. If I could give it a 10 it...

Rude customer service rep.asked my senior mother and myself to step to the side to help a customer standing behind us in line. We waited in line for 25-30 minutes as patronizing customers ourselves. The customer service rep.told us that it wasn't her job to assist us with an online order issue than huffed and sighed about assisting us inwhich she was still not successful. My mom wasn't satisfied with her rude and smart mouthed attitude so we informed the manager on duty named Dae or Day who was extremely kind patient understanding and went above and beyond to assist us even if it wasn't her job duties to do so.Hello Human Kindness!
