I thought I had placed a mobile order however I didn’t see a confirmation order, but the app told me just to wait there on the screen. I thought maybe the app was glitching and if not I could always place one in line. When I got to the voice box in the drive-through line the person told me they saw my orders and to pull forward. Once I got to the window I was told they couldn't see my order and I could not place an order with them unless I went back through the drive-through line and waited. I already waited 15 minutes in the drive-through line. When I asked why was my order confirmed and told me to pull forward. The young man told me it was a busy night and to keep pushing ma’am. I ask for the manager and his name. He said he didn’t have to tell me his name and the manager wouldn’t help me. (He was right if that was the manager). He brought an older lady over and I asked why was my order confirmed at the voice box instead of them telling me we didn’t have/see your order and having me place an order then. She looked confused and was going to say something but the young man stopped her and started speaking to her in Spanish. And she said there was nothing they could do. When I asked for her name and the young man I was told her name was Louisa and his name was George and they walked off laughing. I highly doubt that was their name and that she was the manager. Read moreThe people who run this Taco Bell seem to be incompetent and have major language barriers! They only have kiosk orders on the inside which charges you extra for stuff that if you ordered through the drive-thru it would not be charged to your order. (RIP OFF!!!!!!!!!!) They lack the necessary customer service and comprehension skills to understand let alone do a good job. They don't follow instructions well when it comes to people's orders unfortunately. This establishment is not child friendly due to the lack of high chairs talking about they didn't want to get sued when other Taco Bells have high chairs. And Upon leaving when I mentioned I noticed mice around the rear exit of the establishment the guy says to me "There's mice everywhere" 😩 I explained that, that can a be a food safety hazard and they should do something about it, he says to me "We clean up everyday" which is beside the point if the mice get in...
