Jack in the Box — Restaurant in San Leandro

First when you walk into the place it's smells like urine really urine when I asked the supervisor manager it was it's just pee and then she walked away what the hell I would not go back if she don't care why are you going in a place that has bio hazards in it and they don't care only thing they want is your money think about it if your house smell like urine when your company walks in the door don't you think they won't walk back in someone has to do something it's a shame a shame a shame and Jack gets on TV talking about his food I'm done I would not go back to Jack In The Box Alvarado and Marina guys don't find another Jack in the Box one that's a little bit more cleaner or a lot more cleaner and appreciate when you pull a manager aside and tell them that when you walk into their establishment and smell like pee then they should have said Thank you for telling me I'm going to get somebody on that right away not it's pee and walk away and continually put...

Considering I get fast food more than once a month, I think that this place is worth a visit...be it late night box or regular menu item, they consistently get my order right. The price you pay is higher than other fast food joints, but it's because they will serve you anything and everything off the menu 24/7. I can't say this place had its downsides, like when the card transactions aren't available(hasn't happened to me in forever tho), but it seems it's been fixed I guess. It would only happen after midnight, but I don't visit around that time anymore(since covid), so no stars off for that. I've visited the Mc Donald's and the BK and even the Wendy's near by and they sometimes forget to get check my order, or don't add enough of one item, and I'm pretty sure I talk the same at all the drive through order mics.

Every time I come to this location they mess my food up . I stay near by so it’s convenient but not when they can never get the order right . And it’s always a long line which is a long wait employees seem to be always laughing and talking to eachother instead of making sure the food is packed and passed out correctly. Management needs to really get they’re employees in line. And train them correctly . It’s really disappointing when I’m spending money on food that isn’t correctly made in sitting in lines when gas prices has raise Al just for my food to be wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME . a few times I have been there the staff wasn’t reallly friendly I try to not give a hard time because I work in customer service so I understand but it’s frustrating when the workers aren’t doing they’re job correctly .
