We are so pleased with the work done on two of our heirloom chairs. Our whole experience with Randy and Andy was wonderful. Their experience was evident as they took as through the process of picking the foam for our cushions and leading us away from making poor choices on our own, all while listening to our needs. Right before completing the chairs we met one last time to go over everything and Randy had some thoughts on the cushion design and we just decided, “Randy, do your thing, you obviously know what you are doing”. He most certainly did, they are perfect and have never been so comfortable! While at the shop Randy showed me a beautiful Art Deco chair he designed and built. I recently had a chair reupholstered that belonged to my mother. I'm passing it down to my son. With that said,it has sentimental value to me. I was so pleased with the workmanship, the customer service, and the fact they had it finished when promised. I've had bad experiences in the passed, it means a lot to me when people actually do what they say they'll do !!!!! My leather chair has multiple rows of tufting, and they were perfect. they even touched up the wood trim which made it look brand new !!! My mom would be pleased !! I had a great exeperience getting my massage table reupholstered here. When I brought it in it was literally falling apart. The guys here were happy to fix it up for me and customize it to my liking. They gave me lots of options and I finally settled on a custom pink sparkly vinyl they special ordered in for me. They estimated it would take about 3 weeks for it to be done but it ended up taking more like 1 week! The table is beautiful and flawless and I really enjoyed working with these guys.
