My friend and I visited this salon 5/12/2021. We both had an appointment for pedicures & manicures. She opted for gel mani and I wanted to be bold and get an acrylic mani for the first time. I had 3 nail technicians working on me back and forth during the appointment. The pedicure was okay, my nail tech #2 was very light touch and did a clean job painting, but there wasn't much emphasis on cuticle and callus care. My biggest regret was getting the acrylic manicure. The 1st nail tech did not prep my nails, no cuticle clean-up, did not cut my natural nail, nothing. She went straight to putting the acrylics on which I found odd. Then she began filing the sides of the acrylic so aggressively she actually cut into the sides of my cuticle on one nail. She kept apologizing but it did make the rest of the experience uncomfortable. 1st nail tech kept leaving to service two other customers (even though 2 techs were available) so 3rd technician came over. She was very kind and agreed to do a design on my nail. I'm actually very proud of her work because it was not easy! 1st technician came back to finish my nails but she only applied a clear coat and told me to wash up. But there was still a heavy amount of residue from filing under my nails. Polish was uneven as well. I don't believe this manicure I received was worth the $57. My friend was done early and when she went to pay, the owner argued that she needed to go get cash to pay, he wouldn't accept her debit card. When I went up to pay he said the same thing, so I pointed at the form at the register that says debit card is accepted but tips must be in cash. As I was using my debit card, he continued to scold me about next time not coming back with our cards, only using cash next time.

Read moreThis review was solely for the front desk guy who was probably the owner of this place. He was rude and ignorant. I came to this place for the second time today, from the moment I entered, I didn't feel welcome. While I was waiting in the waiting area, he came over to me started talking, first I didn't understand what he was saying, he then pointed outside and asked me to step out to speak. He said that I shouldn't talk on the phone while inside. I was so puzzled and asked him what he was talking about? For one, I wasn't talking on the phone, in fact I never talk on the phone in public places like this. He said that they had just post this rule since someone had complained. Why did he need to speak to me alone without any cause? He was so rude and I almost left. 30 minutes later, a white woman walked in, he didn't take her outside and told her about their new rule. curious? It was clear that he targeted me because I am an Asian, he thought he could be rude to me. I will never go back to that place, too bad I think the two people who did my pedi and mani were fine people, they did good job, no complain about them. but I will never want to give my business to the place where the owner was so...

Today, I missed an extremely important doctors appointment because of the subpar and inconsiderate time management skills possessed by this establishment.
I called multiple hours before to secure my pedicure at 2:30 and they ASSURED me it would be done before 3:30 and would only take 35-45 minutes, after I told them I had a very important time commitment. When I got there, all the techs were busy and I told them I could come back if they could not get to me. They told me someone could see me in a couple minutes and it would not be very long at all.
I waited 20 minutes and was finally seen at 2:50. My pedicure took over an hour and I did not even get to receive my full service before leaving at 3:55 (did not get to enjoy lotion, massage, or hot stone portion) as the tech had to redo my left foot three times.
After all this, they still charged me a full 60 dollars even though they did not finish my service.
