Farm fresh produce delivered right to your door! As you can see from the pics, you get a hefty variety of super-fresh local fruits & veggies. These are from the local farmers & many of the vendors have stands at one or more of the local farmer's markets (they range from the Arroyo Grande FM @ 12 noon on Saturdays (or the 8AM one in the Madonna Shopping Center) to the Baywood FM on Monday afternoons).

As opposed to running around like a crazed chicken, the wizards at SLO Veg somehow pick just the right amount of what you need (a medium- large tote for 2 people for 5-7 days) & it appears like "magic" at your doorstep on your chosen day of delivery.

The produce is all very fresh & all items are perfect or close to it. We have been pleasantly surprised by how tasty & sweet everything from Cocktail Grapefruits to Strawberries are. The freshness & quality blows away that of "Whole Paycheck Market" & is far cheaper. When you factor in the time to travel to various Farmer's Markets (or Farms for that matter), the low cost for "just enough portions", the gas savings, and the Farm to table concept, you are getting a good deal for sure.

In comparison, the SF Bay area's premier produce delivery is just plain "grubby" by comparison. They charge way more, for less stuff, that is sometimes rotten or old, small & pricey.

The SLO Veg "family" is local, super responsive, professional, and personalized. They even were able to deliver our first order the very next day after signing up late one Sunday night. The delivery is included & the price/ size of the totes range from about $26 to 41 dollars (Large). The sweet spot for us is likely either the Medium or Large. You can also have more than one delivery a week, plus a local fresh fish or local honey option!

SLO Veg is an incredible produce service that I’ve been super impressed with. I’ve tried all the bigger competitors when I lived in a bigger city and they absolutely pale in comparison to SLO Veg. The quality of produce in amazing, the prices reasonable, and the customer service is so extremely personalized it’s refreshing to talk to and get a hold of a real human and receive thoughtful, reasonable solutions quickly. They’ve really made it easy to incorporate more fruits and veg into my meals and I even tried a veg I’d never seen before!
