Man, I cannot get over how incredible these wines are. Probably my number one reason for visiting the wine regions of Southern California was because of Deovlet. As a sommelier, I find these wines both meditative, and gulpable. Ryan is an incredible wine maker and host. I hope to see these in more restaurants...
