First off I really wanted to give this place a chance. The first time I went, I asked for a regular mani but I changed my mind just as the lady was about to get started (I don’t remember her name). I asked if we could go with gel nails instead and she insisted that I asked for a regular mani so I couldn’t change my mind. But I let it slide because I think there was just some miscommunication and she understood very little English. The second time I went, I made an appointment but was ten min. Late. I was told to wait a little by the man who is always at the front desk. He said someone would be right with me when they’re done. I thought that was fair since i was the one who arrived late. An hour passes by and I’m not getting helped so I go up to the guy and ask how much longer I would have to wait and he rolls his eyes at me and gives me the biggest attitude while saying “miss you were ten min late so now you have to wait whenever someone finishes because we have other customers that are here.” I get that I was late but his attitude was completely unprofessional and this place could really use some lessons on their customer service. I called tow days before made an appointment new set nail for me and my daughter i also mentioned i have old nails to take off the , Gentlemen owner told me come at 12:45 and the other one after you . I arrive on time i waited for 20 minutes to be seated ! Wile the nail tech was taking off my nail the owners wife she looked at me and said OMG she haven’t finished to take of your nails!! is going to take 1 hours and she have another appointment at 2pm !! Im like what!!! i told her what are u trying to say ! I was here on time , but you guys made me wait fo 20 minutes by the way 2 pm appointment its for my daughter, but both the owners wife and the nail tech they refused it!!! she took off my nails off and left I’ll never go this place again!!!! I called on a Friday to make a same-day appointment for a pedicure and a dip mani. The proprietor explained that they were super busy that day and asked if I could come in later than my requested time. I agreed and made an appointment for later in the day. I received an incredible pedicure from Lena and the most magnificent, and my first ever, dip mani by Ivy. I am definitely going back! The mani portion of my service after my pedi was running late on a Friday evening l, like most, and I was happy to spend an extra 30 minutes in my massage chair.
