Pizza Hut — Restaurant in San Marcos

So did I spend $50 at this place, I had let them know that I just moved in the area that I was moving into my place and then I had no plates or utensils. They said that they would bring them with my delivery. Then when I called back to asked to speak to a manager., Don’t believe that I was actually speaking to the manager. But I explained him how I had asked for plates and utensils, they said that they didn’t have any, and I asked why this not rheotered to me at the time of me placing my order. I also let the manager know that I was in the industry, and I was really looking forward to continuing my business with them since I just moved into the area, and because I asked why they did not explain to me that they did not have plates at the time of my order The manager hung up on me, no you can see my name and number when I call. I gave him my name and number and every reason to reach out and call me back and explain what had happened, but he did not. They hung up on me and that was the end of that and for spending over $50 of my hard money, I will never be ordering from this company again, and I have already reached out to their corporate...

The quality here is all over the place. Within the realm of what Pizza Hut can deliver the main thing I look for is consistency and that is not the strong suit here. I’ve ordered several times and sometimes the pizzas were good and most of the time, they were cold and seemingly made from old dough (or just poorly made dough). I’d avoid this Pizza Hut and go other places if you’re looking for a cheap dinner.

UPDATE: It's been a week and in that time I've exchanged some emails and spoken with not one but people who describe themselves as store managers. Summary: Just do NOT go to Pizza Hut. Extra processes coupled with lazy is a recipe for disgruntled unsatisfied customer. Pizza hut driver drove to my house on delivery, parked in front of my house, proceeded to call me, and when I didn't answer a suspect spam call per my caller ID. The driver drove back to store and canceled my order. The driver never got out of their car, walked to front door and knocked like a traditional pizza delivery companies have done for decades. .. this poor and broken process imposed a loss to pizza huts operational cost to make my pizza and pay driver for delivery, yet never got paid.. and my family is hungry in search for pizza else where.... mistakes like this add...
