Round Table Pizza — Restaurant in San Mateo

12/2/2022 8:15pm. Ordered online. Emailed receipt received 45 mins later but nothing had been delivered. Called to inquiry and was told it was out with the driver. Waited another 40 mins and then called to inquiry again. The same pizza bro answers and says that the food was dropped off already. And that the driver is confirming, standing right next to him that he delivered to the right address. Well sorry he didn’t. He then questions for a second and a third time. No, we say over and over. Maybe you all should take a photo for proof of the drop if your going to question the customer so much. Can we please just get a refund? Pizza bro then says “how are we going to take a photo?” And continues to argue. Ordered a pizza for delivery on 1/26/24

I was working the whole day so I wasn't able to take lunch. I figured I would order a pizza. Pizza looked okay but I woke up around 2am and my stomach was really upset so bad that I ended up throwing up profusely to the point I was dry heaving. I know it had to be the pizza because I rarely ever get sick and I had nothing to eat that day.... Only that nasty a** pizza which I only ate 3-4 slices. Ordered no olives and I order regularly so they have no olives on my previous orders like I always do and when I got home i saw this horrible almost un edible pizza with what looked like xtra olives. Super disappointed. Would’ve drove all the way back to return it but they were closed. Don’t order if it’s close to closing because they’ll probably throw on all the toppings you don’t want to take it out on you. Ordered at 8:22 to pick up in 20 mins. Time to look for a new...
