Guadalajara Ice Cream Parlor — Restaurant in San Pablo

When they first opened they were on top of their customer service but now it seems as if it’s declined. The manager (older male) was really attentive, had a great conversation with him and even tried all their ice cream. The antojitos is all good so this review is not about the food/snacks. Some of the staff is friendly and they do everything rushed and sloppy. This is my third time asking for paleta de fresa de agua and I get the wrong ones, this time I took a picture of it but the other two times I threw them out cause they are too sweet with the crema inside. I mentioned it to the girl that helped me out, I asked are you sure it’s the right one cause I been given the order wrong the past two times and she assured me and the girl that was overseeing her also said the same thing But, still got it wrong. Disappointing. The posted closing time is 10pm, it's been twice that I have gone at 9:45pm and 9:02pm where I was told the store is closed, the second time there was even customers inside the store but I was denied service since they "closed". There are also no listed prices on items, I have been charged two different amounts for the same item, it feels like whoever is working that day gets to decide how much something is. Not worth your time, money, or energy. I would far stay away from this establishment. I would be surprised if this place is still in business by the end of the year.

This place doesn’t have prices displayed and charges whatever they feel like charging that day. All of the snacks are just okay when they are fresh. Sometimes the chips they use are stale. For regular nachos I’ve paid anywhere from $10-$15 depending on who is at the register. The agua frescas are good but again I’ve paid $7-$12 for one. Tacos El Tucan has them for $5. Last time I was here I bought an agua fresca and a bag of unopened hot cheetos that came out to $16!! I want to support a local business but these people are too...
