Back in June I called your facility in Waco, Tx to talk to someone about renting waterslides. We have done a waterslide party every year for 8 years. We used to live in Corsicana, Tx and used a company close to us, so this is the first year we have used Astro Jump and we are very disappointment.
The slides were suppose to be delivered at 9 am on Saturday July 6. By 9:30 am I had not heard from anyone with Astro Jump. I called the local number and got no response. I called 3 times before anyone answered. The woman that answered was definitely sleeping when I called. She said she would call them and then call me. I waited 30 more minutes and never received a call back. I finally called the local number again and again the woman was sleeping. She said the slides would be delivered by 11:30 am, which means to me that they had not even left the location. The slides were finally delivered at 11:15 am.
We ordered the 32' Purple Crush and the Castle Jump and slide. The total of our order was $1434.31 The Purple Crush was missing a blower, so it would not air up correctly. So we let the kids decide which slide they wanted to play on. We took a blower off the castle jump which meant it was unusable. After about an hour of being used, the Velcro on the Purple Crush became exposed and the kids ended up getting scratched. Also the slide portion of the purple crush became disconnected from the long landing area, so the kids would slide down and hit the ground. It became very dangerous so after an hour or so we shut down the slides. What a disappointment for the 30 kids who were here to play in the water and get out of heat, (98 degrees. All they could do was play in the landing pool of the slide. If I would have known I would have gone to Walmart and bought a blow up pool for $50.
I will never use Astro Jump again, and never recommend them. I wish there was something you could do to make this right but you will never be able to fix such disappointment.

Read moreI had the worst experience with Astro Jump. I had booked the jumpy a couple of weeks in advance, with transparency of what the space looked like (weeds). Rather than asking for additional footage to see if this space would be compatible, Greg said that it was. The day of the event, the staff comes to place the jumpy, at 10AM as opposed to our agreed time at 1PM. They are unable to speak English and say that it is not possible. They call Greg and he notes that he trusts his workers, as they have worked there for 5 and 12 years and that if they say that they cannot place it then, they cannot place it. They leave without saying anything and with a text saying that we cannot place the jumpy, it weighs 420 pounds. This was a matter of their lack of ability to place the jumpy as opposed to the space itself. Why would they come unprepared to place the jumpy? It was super disrespectful that they left without saying anything and cancelled the day of the event. Thankfully PARTY JUMP was there for the rescue with a same-day booking and placed THE IDENTICAL JUMPY in my backyard. They were kind, prompt, (came within two hours of the call) and let me have it for the entire weekend rather than the day. If you are looking for a company to rent from, I WOULD NOT rent from Astro Jump and rather, look into Party Jump! I told Party Jump of the situation with full transparency, they had me send a video of the backyard, and they confirmed that they could place the jumpy before coming to place it. Read moreI have used Astro Jump four times now and I would recommend them to anyone in the bay area looking for a bounce house. They are very responsive, have a wide selection and the ordering / purchasing process is really easy and straight forward. We have used them at a private residence as well as a public playground in San Francisco and they are great about ensuring all regulations are met.
This past weekend the site where we were going to have my son's birthday party ended up having an unplanned power outage. With no sign of the power coming back on any time soon, Mario, who delivered the bounce house, saw that we had no way to run it (we hadn't ordered a generator as we had no need for one) and quickly coordinated with his boss to go and get one for us. He also gave us some extra time with the bounce house since the outage had delayed installation. He single handedly saved our party!
