I built the rig of a lifetime, and was horrified to find when I pressed the on button that there was no activity. I disassembled twice, before giving up, and talking to Carlos like a newb. He offered to take a look at it. Carlos was able to trace the issue to a dead motherboard, and took apart every other part of the rig and tested its functionality before handing it back to me. He even offered to have the new motherboard shipped to him so he could complete it. Ultimately, I decided to take back my rig and replace the motherboard myself. Carlos required a small fee for diagnosis--which was well deserved for the level of professionalism and due diligence his team offered. I can cannot stress this review enough. Omar was absolutely amazing and patient with my repair. I had gotten water damage inside my 2019 MacBook Pro over 5 years ago! I had finally bit the bullet and decided to get it repaired and fixed up and they did exactly that! I walked in and asked about repairs and they were the first shop even willing to look at it.
