Umm,...what can I say? I love this store! It offers you the ability to buy pre-made goods to help decorate your home, customize your artwork with a tremendous selection of frames including custom orders to house your art work and even includes all the things you need to create your own work if art by selling everything from quality paints (books “how to” paint any genre you can imagine), canvas, low to high end paper and for those who love collage or other types of art that don’t require paint like jewelry they sell it all! The prices are phenomenal but YOU MUST GET YOUR COUPONS! Sign up for their membership program and you will find deals constantly in your email box or less constant reminders if you prefer via text! The coupons come with the text via link if I remember correctly. Lastly, I like the service folks on the floor. The only negative is checkout. It always appears to be a bit arduous with a long line and unclear direction on how to bypass all the “specials” for a dollar or so that leave your child in absolute want so you leave the store slightly irritated on occasion because of the wait and when your coupons are not eligible. Oh, I have not participated in a class yet, they offer classes all the time. The vary in degree of difficulty, time, expense and so on. They also the equivalent of half day camps for kids as well! I always think “that would be great” for myself to attend but I am disabled and getting anywhere in time is impossible if I make it at all when it comes to “optional” things but the nicest offering is they have online tutorials. They include step by step instructions which serve as classes for those too busy or physically incapable of sitting anywhere for more than 29-30 minutes! Went there today. After 20 mins of trying to find what I was looking for, I asked an employee where the Faux Leather was. She told me it was up front in the 2nd isle from the door. NO WAY! NO WAY! There were only 4 things of faux leather, so I just kept browsing, and was about to leave when I saw the faux leather ALL ALONG THE SOUTH WALL! I waste 20 more mins! I went to the cutting table and told her where the Faux Leather really was and she didn't react, at all. I bought a piece of the leather & in chatting with her it turned out SHE WAS A MANAGER! I go here to have things framed. You know when you meet someone who just knows what they are doing and you know you’re in good hands? That’s what I feel like when I walk up to the framing counter. They always try and help me find what I’m looking for at the best possible cost and seem to be interested in framing things (rather than it just be a job they get paid for). I cannot remember her name, but the lady that has helped me several times at this point a has always done a great job.
